Account Deletion Request

Please read this information carefully before requesting the deletion of your account and associated data:

By deleting your account, all associated data will be permanently removed, including:

• User
• Information of created projects

The data will be retained for a period of 90 days after the request, after which it will be permanently deleted.

You will not be able to access your account or its associated data once it is deleted.

If you have any questions or concerns about deleting your account, please contact the application's customer service.

To request the deletion of your account and associated data, follow these steps:

1. Please draft an email to contacto@rallus.co requesting the deletion of your account, indicating the username or email.
2. You will receive an email with the procedure to verify that you are the account owner, and after verification, the account will be disabled, and you won't be able to log in unless specified in writing in another email.
3. After 90 days, the account will be permanently deleted.
